Rails Application

Something I haven’t been blogging about is progress on the application.  TO BE CLEAR the Othernet relies on an application that serves up webpages, as well as a message board and a chat.  I have built the very bones of this application.  So far users ( I call them neighbors ) can log in to a “backyard” and upload HTML, Images, PDFS, or whatever.  These files are assigned URLS and are accessible throughout the network.  Right now these URLS are not accessible the way I am envisioning…www.whateveryouwant.othernet.  This will take some DNS manipulating and some postgres magic. In other words,  I haven’t started on this yet. But anyways you can see all of the code on my github:
